Heirloom is a Modern Izakaya and Sake Bar showcasing a modern take on some traditional Japanese Izakaya dishes, sharing dishes, and has an extensive selection of sake, wines, Japanese micro-brewery beers, and Australia's largest range of Japanese whiskies. Heirloom is headed by Executive Chef Ryo Kitahara and Chef Shigeo Nonaka (Shoya). Large industrial space suits a wide range of functions too.
